We have been operating a sushi restaurant in Susukino, a vibrant downtown area illuminated by neon lights, quite a contrast to Niseko. We are both excited and nervous. To everyone visiting Niseko from Japan and abroad, we invite you to relax and enjoy delicious and fun Ezo-mae sushi amidst the great nature of Hokkaido. We serve sushi made from the finest seafood.

Niseko | Let's make Ezo-mae Sushi
This experience course is very popular at our Sapporo Main Restaurant. To promote Ezo-style sushi to the world, it is held twice a week (on Mondays and Thursdays). Please note that it may not be available on certain days due to unforeseen circumstances. After experiencing sushi-making while wearing traditional attire (white coat, Japanese hat, and apron), enjoy a delicious course (Small complimentary appetizer, 3-4 Dishes , 8 pieces of sushi). We also provide traditional dyed happi coats and fans for memorable photos. Come and create lasting memories of your trip!
